Dutch Patient Federation
The Dutch Patient Federation represents more than 200 patient organisations, helping to strengthen their position with their specific care providers and in the health-care system in general. We aim to ensure that patients' voices are heard in consultations, politics, among health insurance companies and in the media.

Together with our members, we have set a milestone for 2030! Far enough to be able to dream of an idealistic future, yet close enough to maintain a practical perspective. This look to the future has led to exciting discussions and inspiring meetings, made possible by all the patients and their representatives who continually remind us of the differences between people.
We recognise that nog all patients are the same. Some are vulnerable and dependent, while others are more self-aware and not afraid of making their voices heard. That is exactly what the Dutch Patient Federation and its members want to devote themselves to in the coming years. Putting their heart, soul and professionalism into improving lives.
